Exclusive Ownership of Founder Projects
Projects produced by the Founder, or by whoever the Founder specifically designates, are the original and exclusive property of Project ZMAM and its Founder. No member or user has any right to view the source code, demand control, or access any part of these projects, even when publicly showcased.
Comprehensive Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and designs — ZMAM, Warraq, Store, Glamora, and any future additions — are the exclusive property of Ali Muwaffaq Mahdi. A member's contribution of a project under this umbrella transfers no intellectual property to them whatsoever.
Indivisible Commitment to All Volumes
Every user publishing a project within Project ZMAM automatically and indivisibly commits to every volume of this constitution as a whole, not merely to select parts of it.
Official Accreditation Requirement
No project is considered part of Project ZMAM until it is published and officially approved by the administration through the dedicated public page. Any claim of ZMAM affiliation before official accreditation is an explicit violation of this constitution.
Limitation of Liability
Project ZMAM and its Founder bear no liability for damages arising from members' or third parties' use of applications published under this umbrella, except where Iraqi law explicitly provides otherwise.
Right of Revocation & Termination
The Founder and administration reserve the right to permanently revoke any membership, project, or privilege upon violation of any article of this constitution, without prior notice in cases of serious misconduct.
Governing Law
All electronic transactions and signatures within Project ZMAM are governed by the Iraqi Electronic Signature and Electronic Transactions Law No. 78 of 2012, and any dispute is resolved under Iraqi law.
This volume is an operative legal text governed by Iraqi law, not a philosophical statement like the preceding volumes.
"We are not an adapted copy of a global template — we build from our own identity, we do not borrow it."— From Volume IX: Iraqi Identity & Technical Differentiation (Ali Muwaffaq)
