Project ZMAM Ecosystem — Ali Muwaffaq

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Project ZMAM applications and services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, code, trademarks, and design systems belong to Ali Muwaffaq.

3. Work ownership and exit terms

Every member signs this document at registration. Its text follows.

  1. Definitions

"The platform": Project ZMAM, represented by its founder Ali Muwaffaq; if a legal entity is later registered for it, the platform's rights and obligations under this document pass to that entity automatically. "A ZMAM project": any work done inside a team workspace on the platform, or on assignment from the platform or one of its team leaders, or in its name, under its sponsorship or with its resources, including code, designs, content, databases, documents and any other output. "Personal work": what a member builds for themselves outside that, even if shown in the work gallery; it remains theirs.

  2. Ownership

All rights in a ZMAM project vest in the platform from the moment of creation, and the member assigns them to it for no additional consideration, to the extent the law allows. The member keeps the moral right to be credited as a contributor, and the right to show what they achieved (description, images and results, without publishing the code) in their profile and CV.

  3. Custody of code

The code of a ZMAM project is kept only in repositories under the platform account the platform designates, private by default. Copying it, forking it, pushing it to a personal account or an outside service, or sharing it with anyone outside the project is forbidden. Local copies are allowed for the work itself only and are deleted once no longer needed.

  4. The leader is the custodian

A team leader shares the project's code with their team; access to the repository is granted to the leader and withdrawn from them by the platform's decision. The leader is responsible for registering the team's repository on the platform and for keeping all the team's work inside it. A leader may not transfer, publish or license the code to anyone.

  5. Protection against copying

Forbidden: (a) copying the platform or any part of it: its code, design, interfaces, database, content or brand. (b) Building a similar or competing platform using unpublished information, code or data obtained through membership. (c) Harvesting members' data automatically or using it outside the platform. (d) Using ZMAM's name, logo or identity without permission. The only exception is the Babylon Open Asset Kit, which is licensed to everyone under the published MIT licence.

  6. Confidentiality and non-circumvention

The platform's unpublished information stays confidential for ever: code, member data, correspondence, finances and plans. For twelve months after leaving, a member does not solicit a client, member or leader they met through the platform in order to move the work outside it and bypass the platform.

  7. Mandatory exit conditions

No account is closed and no membership ends before: (a) leadership and open responsibilities are handed over (tasks, reviews, goals, blockers, expenses). (b) All output of ZMAM projects is handed over and access to their repositories ends. (c) Any copy of ZMAM project code held by the member, local or external, is deleted. (d) A written declaration to that effect is made. The platform enforces these conditions through the exit system, and the articles on ownership, custody of code, copying, confidentiality and non-circumvention remain in force after exit.

  8. Consequences

Breaching any article is grounds for immediate suspension, termination of membership and withdrawal of all access. The platform may claim damages before the competent Iraqi courts and prove the breach from its records of events, signatures and access logs.

  9. Authority

The founder interprets this document and decides on its application, and Iraqi law governs it. Any amendment raises its version number and requires a new signature.
