Visitor
Reads the constitution and public gallery without an account. No privileges, no obligations.
Registered Member
After signing and admin approval: an annual card, and the right to submit projects, comment, and rate.
Trusted Member
Granted by admins after a clean record and at least one published project — priority review and more visible comments.
Council Member
Appointed by the Founder to one of the four councils — review and recommend, never a final independent decision.
Administrator
Approves/rejects registrations and projects, features content, and issues warnings — bound by this constitution like everyone else.
Founder
Final authority above every role and council without exception — never elected, never voted against, per Volume V.
Consequences always escalate: a documented warning → suspension (card revoked temporarily) → permanent revocation for serious misconduct. Privileges escalate the same way — no skipping tiers.
"The right engineering decision is the one that survives the test of conscience, not only the test of profit."— From Volume VII: Stewardship & Ethics (Ali Muwaffaq)
